Know Before You Go: Camp 365 Guidelines

Before You Arrive (Connectivity & Navigation)
  • At Camp 365, our best network is the one between you and nature. That said, Jio has the most reliable signal here.
  • If you don’t use Jio, let family and friends know you’ll be “off the grid”—they’ll understand.
  • The camp is situated in a picturesque rural setting. To make your journey smooth, download our Google Map location before losing network: Camp 365 Location (  https://maps.app.goo.gl/xygBBtpErquWoEm16 )
Check-In, Parking & Luggage
  • Please park only in the designated parking area.
  • From the parking lot, it’s a 100-meter scenic walk to your tent through open fields—charming but not trolley-bag friendly. Backpacks work best!
  • Guests are requested to carry their own luggage from the car to their tent.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Camp Rules & Conduct
  • Our favourite playlist? Chirping birds and your laughter. Please avoid using loudspeakers; small Bluetooth speakers or earphones are great alternatives.
  • No smoking in or around the tents or dining area (fire hazard). A designated smoking area with ashtrays is available.
  • Campfire nights are weather-dependent and typically take place in areas away from accommodations.
  • For now, we’re not pet-friendly yet, but we promise our resident squirrels will keep you company.
Dining & Kitchen
  • No food inside tents, please. It attracts insects faster than you can say “snack time.” Enjoy meals in our open-air dining area.
  • We follow strict meal timings to serve you fresh, piping-hot food.
  • Dinner service closes at 9:30 PM (kitchen closes at 10:00 PM). We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these times so we can provide the best dining experience.
  • Have food allergies or health considerations? Let us know before you arrive—we’d rather nourish than surprise you.
Safety & Security
  • We don’t have locker facilities. Please avoid carrying large sums of cash or valuables.
  • You’re in the wilderness—expect the occasional insect, lizard, or curious crawlies. They're harmless and just as excited to see you as you are to see them.
Beverages
  • Camp 365 doesn’t hold a bar license, but you’re welcome to bring your own (with valid permits).
  • Alcohol may only be consumed in private, non-public areas.
  • Mixers and soft drinks aren’t available on-site, so bring your own if needed.

The Camp 365 Experience (A “Camp, Not a Hotel” Reminder)

  • Camp 365 is designed for adventure, simplicity, and connection—not luxury.
  • There’s no room service, no intercom, and no running hot water—but there’s birdsong, bonfires (weather permitting), and real conversations under starlit skies.

Embrace the outdoors, respect the environment, and let Camp 365 do what it does best—help you disconnect to reconnect.
